10 June 2025 marked a historic moment not just for Malaysian football fans, but also for APOLLO, as the brand made its first-ever outdoor media and on-ground activation appearance at none other than the Asian Cup Qualifier match between Malaysia and Vietnam, held at the iconic Bukit Jalil National Stadium.

With over 61,000 fans roaring in the stands and tens of thousands more tuning in via broadcast and digital channels, APOLLO stepped onto this massive stage with bold confidence; making a statement under the stadium lights.

Our vibrant red-and-white APOLLO booth stood proudly amidst the sea of supporters; vivid, energetic, and unmistakable. With flanking banners, branded buntings, and iconic barrier visuals, the activation space was not only cohesive and eye-catching, but also photogenic; a perfect backdrop for the high-energy atmosphere of the night.

Adding to the visual impact, our promoters were dressed in striking new red uniforms; modern, vibrant, and unmistakably APOLLO, creating a strong, united presence across the crowd.

From the moment gates opened, fans were drawn to the APOLLO zone where a football-themed mini challenge added a layer of interactive fun. From kids to die-hard Harimau Malaya fans, everyone joined in for a shot at the goal; blending the joy of football with the indulgence of APOLLO.

Product Meets Passion

The highlight? A hands-on sampling session that brought our products directly into the hands (and hearts) of the people. With over 6,000 pieces of APOLLO layer cakes and wafer sticks distributed throughout the evening, fans got to rediscover the taste they love; now elevated with a bold new presence.

A Sweet Win for Our People Too

Internally, we made sure our APOLLO family felt part of this milestone. Through a staff-exclusive lucky draw, nine lucky winners were treated to an all-expense-paid 2D1N trip to witness the match live; a token of appreciation and shared celebration for our growing journey.

Capping off the night was a thunderous 4-0 victory for Malaysia, a match that ended an 11-year winless run against Vietnam: making the celebration even more meaningful for fans and the APOLLO team alike.
