APOLLO FOOD HOLDINGS BERHAD (“APOLLO”), along with its subsidiaries, related, and affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as the “APOLLO Group,” “our,” “us,” or “we”), is committed to complying with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”), which governs the processing of personal data in commercial transactions.

This document outlines the principles under which your personal data will be processed by or on behalf of the APOLLO Group.

  • National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) number / Passport number
  • Contact number
  • Address
  • Occupation
  • Email address
  • Photographs/Videos
  • Any other details that you have provided to us in documents as prescribed in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy, along with other relevant details.

2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

We will process your personal data, including any additional information you may provide later, for the following purposes (“Purposes”):

  • Fulfilling your contract or any other agreements you have with us
  • Issuing relevant documents related to the contract
  • Managing and maintaining your records
  • Conducting security or background checks internally or by third parties
  • Assisting government agencies, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies for investigations
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Communicating with you and responding to inquiries
  • Providing our products and services
  • Conducting internal business operations, market surveys, and trend analysis
  • Any other purposes related to the above

3. Access and Correction of Personal Data

You may request access to or correction of your personal data and contact us for any inquiries or complaints related to your personal data at:

As per the PDPA:

  • We may impose a prescribed fee for processing access or correction requests.
  • We may refuse such requests, and if so, we will inform you of the reason for the refusal.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

Your personal data may be disclosed to:

  • Subsidiaries or related companies under APOLLO FOOD HOLDINGS BERHAD
  • Governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement agencies
  • Auditors, banks, business partners, and service providers
  • Any third party you have authorized us to disclose your personal data to
  • Any other entities for the Purposes stated above or any directly related purposes

Your personal data may also be transferred to a location outside Malaysia where required for business operations or legal compliance.

5. Consequences of Not Providing Personal Data

  • Provide necessary services or fulfill contractual obligations
  • Respond to your inquiries or complaints

6. Responsibility for Data Accuracy and Retention

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Kindly inform us of any changes.

We will retain your personal data for a reasonable period as required by law. Once no longer needed, we will take appropriate measures to ensure it is securely deleted or permanently destroyed.

7. Language Discrepancies

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.
